Thanks for sharing these thoughts, I've been toying with a Lambda-invoking-Lambda solution for a federated GraphQL endpoint, which is still an anti-pattern based on your findings. How would you handle a gateway-type resource that needs to wait for other resources to execute before responding? In your view, should the Lambdas still be merged?
